Terms of Service

Welcome! Please read the following Terms of Service and User Agreement carefully before using Parisedu.com.

By registering with or using Parisedu, you agree to be bound by these terms.
 These Terms of Service outline your rights, responsibilities, and limitations regarding the use of services provided by the Parisedu platform.
 If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

DEFINITIONS
 The terms used in this agreement have the following meanings:

Parisedu: An online marketplace where users can sell and purchase digital products.
 Seller: A user who offers their digital products for sale on Parisedu.
 Corporate Membership: A membership type for those offering sales services within a team and exhibiting institutionalized sales and marketing activities.
 User: Anyone who registers on Parisedu and utilizes the services offered by the platform.
 Digital Product: E-books, software, online courses, design templates, audio/music files, codes, and other digital assets.

2. MEMBERSHIP AND TERMS OF USE
 Users can register for free with accurate and up-to-date information.
 Users must be over 18 years of age.
 Opening multiple accounts under your own name to generate affiliate income is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all related accounts may be suspended.
 Users are fully responsible for all transactions they perform on the platform.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES AND PAYMENTS
 Sellers must guarantee that the products they upload to the platform are their own, do not infringe on copyrights, and are legal.
 Refunds are generally not possible after a sale. However, in cases of technical errors or incorrect product delivery, communication between the buyer and seller will be the basis for resolution.
 Parisedu may deduct a certain commission rate from sales. This rate may vary according to the platform’s current policies.
 It is strictly forbidden to sell illegal content through Parisedu.

4. AFFILIATE PROGRAM
 Parisedu allows users to earn commissions by promoting other sellers' products.
 The seller decides whether their product is eligible for affiliate promotion and sets the commission rate.
 Affiliates earn commissions by promoting products through special referral links.
 Commissions are paid only after successful transactions are completed.
 If fraudulent sales, artificial traffic generation, or manipulation is detected, commission payments will not be made and accounts may be suspended.

5. PROHIBITED PRODUCTS AND CONTENT
 The following types of digital products are strictly prohibited on Parisedu:
 🚫 Content that infringes copyright
 🚫 Illegal, fraudulent, or counterfeit content
 🚫 Products containing violence, hate speech, or discrimination
 🚫 Adult or pornographic content
 🚫 Drugs, illegal software, or hacking tools
 If the sale of such content is detected, the product will be removed, and the related account will be terminated.

6. PAYMENTS, COMMISSIONS, AND WITHDRAWALS
 Parisedu may charge a service commission on each sale.
 Payments to sellers and affiliates are made once a specified minimum payout threshold is reached.
 Payment methods and fees may vary according to the platform’s current policies.
 Identity verification or additional information may be requested to process payments.

7. REFUND POLICY
 Refunds are generally not available for digital products.
 However, if there is a problem with a product, buyers are encouraged to contact the seller.
 Sellers may specify special refund conditions and must clearly state them in their product descriptions.

8. USER DATA AND PRIVACY POLICY
 User data is stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties.
 Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Sharing account passwords is strictly prohibited.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
 All intellectual property rights of the products sold on Parisedu belong to the respective sellers.
 Purchased digital products are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed to third parties.
 Parisedu reserves the right to use platform content and to remove products if necessary.

10. PLATFORM RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Parisedu has the right to monitor content and accounts to protect the user experience.
 The platform cannot be held responsible for technical failures or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
 Parisedu reserves the right to remove any product or user account without prior notice.

11. UPDATES AND CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
 Parisedu reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time.
 The updated terms become effective once published on the website.
 Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Service.
